Centrifugal Separator

We at REGENT supply special Centrifuge Separators having very high solid-liquid separation efficiency. These Separators are used in various applications including Paint Sludge Dewatering, Water Cleaning, Coolant Cleaning, Oil Cleaning, Glass Fines Removal, Paper Fiber Removal and many more.

Centrifuge Separators work best with processes like Brushing, Honing, Lapping, Deburring, and Grinding and so on. Materials like Ceramics, Cast Aluminum with over 5% Silicon, Glass, Tungsten Carbide, Molybdenum, and Carbon, in addition to Steel are best handled by these Separators.

BENEFITS OF USING CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR:

• No use of any fabric filters or any other filtration media which saves huge CAPEX & OPEX, Centrifugal Sludge Separator gives maximum filtration efficiency up to 5 micron particles and dry sludge up to 80%.
• Removes the solids directly from sludge pit or booths or tanks and clean water is recycled back for re-use. Very compact in size, requires approx. 1m x 1m space. (Ease of Operation).
• Reduces the water content in the sludge results low disposal cost.
• Reduces weight of the sludge drastically and hence very low disposal & incineration cost (collected dry sludge in form of cake).

FOR PAINT SHOP SLUDGE DEWATERING APPLICATION: We have provided highly effective system to Volkswagen India, TATA Autocomp, Polyplastics, Bajaj Auto, SAPL, Eicher Polaris, Varroc Polymers, TVS Motors etc. Mostly sludge of all major paints used in the industry is being handled by our separator e.g. PU, Epoxy, TSA (Acrylic), Alkyd, water based paints, lacquers paint etc. with filtration efficiency of 5micron particles size.

NO CIVIL SLUDGE PITS ARE REQUIRED FOR SLUDGE DEWATERING, DIRECT SEPARATION OF PAINT SLUDGE FROM PAINT BOOTHS.

FOR COOLANT CLEANING IN GRINDING APPLICATION: We have successfully installed six Centrifugal Separator at Bharat forge, Pune plant for Neat Oil Filtration application on NAXOS Union PMD 320 CBN grinding machine.

No use of magnetic filters or paper filters gives negligible maintenance cost with low power consumption.

FOR RUBBER OIL CLEANING APPLICATION IN TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES: We have successfully installed Centrifugal Separator at Bridgestone, Pune plant for separation of mixed water & solids from unconsumed rubber oil.

FOR PHOSPHATING SLUDGE DEWATERING: Our Centrifugal Separator is used for phosphating sludge dewatering application due to its advantages over other convectional existing systems like Clarifier System, Sludge collection trolley, Nitric Acid cleaning tank, Hot water cleaning tank, Filter press & Fabric filters etc.

FOR GLASS GRINDING SLUDGE DEWATERING: We have supplied Centrifugal Separator for filtration of glass grinding coolant to AIS Glass, Bawal plant. After filtration, grinding coolant is recycled back to grinding machines and dry sludge is collected with using any filtration media.
